We have 24 hours a day, maybe you spend 10 of that in bed, if you work a full-time job maybe that takes 9 hours a day, maybe another 2 hours for things like eating and showering or whatever else you do. still 3 hours of time unaccounted for. doesn’t sound like a lot but so much can be done in 3 hours. and if you do want to spend that time relaxing or spending time with people, you still have 28 free hours over the weekend minus whatever you have planned. There are probably a lot of people reading this who can’t say they use even half that time for anything useful, me included. using the time we have to do the things we want to do will be so much more rewarding in the long term than spending those hours mindlessly.

Spending even 5 hours each day of the weekend will be 40 hours by the end of a month. you can’t tell me you won’t make great progress on something after 40 hours. Especially if that time is spent in deep, deliberate practice
